TRAINING-THE-TRAINERS' COURSE

WAMDEVIN Training Excellence

The current global reality has solidly confirmed that homo sapiens (modern man) must necessarily make a change in the way of doing things in a new world where what we hitherto considered normal has paved way for another world (new normal) implying that the contextual experience we have had the last two years have definitely come to drastically alter our previous living social and career lives and translated us to another life with far greater implications. Without any iota of doubt, the 21st Century is a century of serious volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity and disruption of all kinds in all careers known as the century of quality. The survival of organisations, including the service organisations to which we all belong in this era of globalization and competitive scenario is highly dependent upon the ability to fastly respond to the rapidly changing environment so as to be able to meet the ever-increasing demand of the various clientele in both the public and private organisations who rely on the bank of knowledge and exposure present in our organisations to show them the better way of carrying out their jobs from time to time. This scenario therefore presupposes that to be of continuous relevance and retain our enviable position as organisations charged with the oversight responsibility of developing the capacity of our public and private sector personnel, those involved in this task must also have their intellectual batteries adequately charged not only to be able to stay afloat of the stiff competition that we are faced with but to also be able to justify the aspirations of the founding fathers of our respective MDIs.

This training on TRAINING THE TRAINERS FOR MDIs is therefore of great significance to all MDIs. Our knowledge of the current development in training will be of great benefit to all those involved in it to adequately discharge their duties satisfactorily.
