President - Director-General, Management Development Institute (MDI), The Gambia

Director-General of MDI The Gambia since the mid-2000s. Under his leadership, MDI has expanded from a traditional training centre into a degree-awarding institution with accredited bachelor's and master's programmes in partnership with GIMPA. He has overseen major reforms including postgraduate programmes, capacity-building trainings, and strengthened institutional collaborations.

Dr. (Mrs) Funke Adepoju

1st Vice President - Director-General, Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON)

Appointted DG of ASCON in 2025. She has over 30 years of experience in public administration and institutional reform, with prior roles including Executive Secretary of Lagos State Water Regulatory Commission. Holds an MBA and is a doctoral student at Lagos State University. She is transforming ASCON into a national reform hub emphasizing digital learning and public-sector capacity-building.

Professor Samuel Kwaku Bonsu

2nd Vice President - Rector, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA)

Earned Ph.D. from University of Rhode Island, lectured at SFU and was tenured professor at York University's Schulich School of Business. At GIMPA, he served as Dean of multiple schools before appointment as Rector. Widely recognized for principled character and published groundbreaking research in prestigious journals with funding from SSHRC, CODESRIA, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs Denmark.

Hon. Nee-Alah T. Varpilah

Executive Member - Director-General, LIPA Liberia

Director General of the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA). Under his leadership, LIPA has modernized public-sector training by securing international partnerships, including becoming an Authorized Training Partner of the Project Management Institute (PMI). He has expanded LIPA's programs to include professional certifications and governance training.

Dr. Gladys Njoukiang Asaah

Executive Member - Regional Director, PAID-WA Cameroon

Regional Director of the Pan African Institute for Development – West Africa (PAID‑WA), based in Buea, Cameroon. Holds a Doctorate in Investment Management, MSc in Banking and Finance, and PGD in Economics. Under her leadership, PAID‑WA provides diverse academic programmes including finance, governance, ICT, health, and development studies across West Africa.

Executive Member - Deputy VC, IPAM Sierra Leone

Deputy Vice‑Chancellor of the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone, appointed in 2025. Previously served as Dean of the Faculty of Accounting & Finance and holds a PhD in finance/accounting. CEO of JIT Capital Group and active in media. He has contributed to expanding IPAM's academic programmes and promoting digital learning.

Executive Secretary of WAMDEVIN, appointed in 2025, with over 30 years of experience within WAMDEVIN, previously serving as Deputy Director of Studies. Holds a B.Sc. in Government & Public Administration, an MPA, and is pursuing a Ph.D. As Executive Secretary, he leads WAMDEVIN's capacity-building, research, training, and policy-consultancy initiatives across West Africa.
